You quickly run to the phone and dial for the police (911, 000, whatever depending on your country).  You realize you have a mobile on you and that running to the phone was a complete waste of time, but this way atleast the call is cheaper.  Someone picks up on the other end.

The person answer's: "Me no speeky English"
Damn those government budget cuts!
